Welcome to Richards (Riverstone Business Park)
The suburb of Richards is situated over the former site of the Riverstone Meatworks. Richards is a recently created suburb that was separated from within the boundaries of Riverstone and; named after Benjamin Richards, who established the Riverstone Meatworks in 1878.
The Riverstone Meatworks was the major employer with in the area for many decades. Operations of the Riverstone Meatworks ceased in 1992.
Riverstone Business Park now sits proud on the former Riverstone Meatworks site, housing a collective of businesses establishing operations and providing employment in a range of disciplines.
